Below are the times required to swim in order to progress to the next grade. Swimmers need to swim under the specified time twice before progressing to the next grade.

Please note the above times are subject to change at the discretion of the club committee. Progression from Grade C to B and B to A are NOT mandatory if you do not wish to swim the increased distance.
