Our Committee has been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a 2021-22 swimming season. As you can appreciate, it hasn’t been the easiest to plan for, with current lockdowns and Health Orders still in place for the Cessnock LGA.

We are nearly ready to go and are excited to see our members take to the water!

The NSW government announced this morning that pools can open from 27th September. We are eagerly awaiting an announcement on the return of community sports, which will likely be dependent on reaching a vaccination target.

We are not 100% sure what the season will look like, but we are planning for a slightly delayed start and restrictions similar to last year.

BGSC memberships will not be available for purchase in Swim Central until we have clearer start dates. We will of course update you with information as it comes to hand.

2021/22 Season Fees

• Club Swimmer - $115 (includes Club Night, opportunity for training)
• Full Swimmer - $130 (includes Club Night, opportunity for training, participation at Intertowns, eligibility to compete & represent BGSC at official meets including CVSA Championships, State & Country.)
• Training Fees - $170
